As a Major Accounts Director at frog design, you are responsible for identifying, building, maintaining, and growing positive relationships with healthcare clients. You will lead clients and teams in general account support, implementation and management of solutions, monitoring delivery, business strategy and account growth. A Major Accounts Director is an intensely customer focused role. Major Accounts Directors must possess a keen understanding of business strategy, brand strategy, product marketing, and the role of innovation and design in today's business climate. Additionally, any candidate for the position must possess demonstrated skills in strategic selling and be able to apply those skills in an agency setting.

The Major Accounts Director must have a complete and thorough understanding of frog's business, and must be able formulate winning value propositions to frog clients. The ability to understand, and discuss a wide range of businesses and business strategies, while formulating innovative and creative program solutions, is a must. Credible and persuasive engagement at all levels of a client organization is a must, including CXO level engagement. The Major Accounts Director remains strongly involved with the client through the entire project, and may be involved to ensure the successful completion of any client engagement.

Job Requirements
Essential Functional duties (most important parts of job):
* Participate in the development of account and territory strategies for long term revenue growth
* Execute the account and territory strategy
* Lead a culture of excellent client service and outstanding results
* Act as the day to day relationship manager for clients including securing strategic level relationships within the account list or territory region
* Identify emerging client needs and assist with the creation of products and services to meet these needs
* Develop client proposals and provide client recommendations
* Educate clients on existing offerings, including those related to the behavioral targeting arena
* Constantly monitor, manage, and analyze program progress and performance including regularly reviewing sales reports, campaign reports, and forecasts
* Act as the tactical lead to ensure proper client management both internally and externally
* Provide regular account status updates through written call reports and verbal communication
* Provide timely updates to management team regarding client relationships and related revenue

Qualifications:
* Proven sales experiences that demonstrates the tools necessary for landing new accounts and cultivating major accounts
* Significant experience selling professional/consulting services to the healthcare industry a major plus.
