Description

Roll International's Creative Agency, the Fire Station, is seeking a Senior Designer who can immediately assist with the visual design of our packaging, advertising, some web, emails, and collateral. The primary role will be to work with the Creative team to apply and extend the existing products and services that involve all the Roll Brands.

Create clear, clean, “noise-free,” and compelling designs.
Create finished work, valuing design consistency.
Discuss and share work with all team members, demonstrate the ability to quickly comprehend visual design requirements, and to clearly explain the reasoning behind proposed design solutions.
Will work with the Creative team and management within a very open and collaborative work environment to produce designs that will directly contribute to the brands continued growth and success.
Specific Skills

Job Requirements:
BA degree in design and 6-8 yrs exp in the field or in related field required
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Dreamweaver, indesign.
Must be detail oriented and a quick learner
Must have exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure of tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Be familiar with evaluating complex visual design trade-offs.
Be able to take a design from conception to production
